The Entrepreneurs You’ll Call at 2am

Since 2014, Baby Bathwater has been connecting entrepreneurs who’d rather solve problems together than alone

Apply for Membership

Built Different. On Purpose.

It’s not one event. It’s a year-round team and community working on your behalf.

There’s a whole team behind this, 11 years deep, making introductions and figuring out who you need to know based on what you’re working on right now. You get a vetted bench of peers available any day of the week, people who will tell you what they actually think and aren’t trying to sell you anything.

The longer you’re in, the more valuable it gets. Relationships compound.

image

24/7 Access to Everything

The vetted network, the BBI team, virtual access to every event session, and a searchable library of years of content sessions, conversations, member courses, and resources.

All included, all year. Not one event. A permanent seat at the table.

image

Human First By Design

Nobody is pitching from stage.

Nobody is working the room with a sales agenda.

We’ve spent 11 years screening for people who lead with generosity, and we protect that actively.

image

Compounds Over Time

This isn’t a weekend conference that fades by Monday.

Two years in, you’re the person people call when your expertise comes up.

The longer you invest, the more it pays back.

image

Members Are the Content

Most groups bring in outside speakers. We prioritize members.

If someone in the room has built it, scaled it, or survived it, they’re the one sharing what they learned.

A good community supports. A great community supports, challenges, & inspires.

A private community, only for vetted members. Post a question and get honest answers from founders who’ve dealt with it.

Need a CFO recommendation, a gut-check on a deal, or someone to tell you your pricing is broken? Ask at 9pm on a Friday and have thoughtful responses by morning.

Plus a searchable archive of years of conversations, content, resources, and event content.

We learn what you’re working on and who you need to know, then personally introduce you.

Every introduction is based on what’s happening in your business right now.

Members regularly say a single Baby Date led to their best hire, their most important partnership, or a conversation that changed how they run their company.

Small group calls with members at a similar stage.

Facilitated, focused, and confidential. You bring what’s on your mind. The group brings perspective you can’t get from your team, your spouse, or your current circle.

You get access to virtual content and meet ups like Hot Seats, featured member deep dives, and all virtual content run monthly.

You also get 50% off tickets to Flagship events that bring 100+ members to destination locations.

As well as Adventures & Masterminds that are smaller, more focused gatherings of 20-30.

If you want access to experiences with peers, Baby Bathwater is serving it.

Vetted vendor recommendations, compensation benchmarks, templates, and playbooks shared by members who built them for their own companies. The stuff that usually only comes out in a private conversation between people who trust each other. All available for your access any time, any place.

You are busy running a company, and we are here to help you.

Every quarter, our team checks in.

Not a survey. A conversation about whether you’re getting what you need and who you should meet next.

If something isn’t working, we fix it. Our team is here to make sure you get the most our of your membership in the Tub.

Who We’re Looking For (PPP framework)

We vet every application against three criteria. Not everyone gets in, that’s the point.

Legitimate
Business

You’ve built something that works. Revenue, profit, funding, or a successful exit.

Good
Intentions

You’re building something good in the world. Not scammy, not extractive, not shady.

Personality

You don’t take yourself too seriously. You’d rather help than impress.

Business signals we look for

$1M+

in revenue

$500K

in profit

$3M+

raised

exit

These are guidelines, not a checklist. We look at three things: a legitimate business, values we can stand behind, and personality.

Revenue gets you in the conversation. Character gets you in the room.

But what if…

image

That’s actually why this works. We do the matching, the introductions, and the logistics.

You don’t have to work a room, manage a schedule, or figure out who to talk to. Most members spend a few minutes a day in The Tub and attend events when it fits their calendar.

The structure bends to your schedule, not the other way around.

Good. Most of our members do.

The question is whether it’s vetted, whether it’s pitch-free, and whether you can ask about your CFO’s salary or whether to fire your co-founder without it getting weird.

Many accomplished founders have plenty of contacts but very few peers who actually understand what they’re navigating. That’s the gap membership fills.

One introduction that leads to your next key hire, one conversation that saves you from a bad deal, one vendor recommendation that cuts six months off a search.

Any one of those pays for the membership many times over. We hear it constantly: “I wish I’d joined years ago.”

The cost of not having the right people to call is almost always higher than the fee.

Some members have had similar reservations. Then they posted their first question and got honest, specific answers from people who’ve been through it. That’s usually when it clicks.

The community is active because the people in it are generous with their time and experience. You don’t have to force engagement. It happens because the room is great.

We’d rather have the right people than the most people. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll have an honest conversation about it.

We’re not trying to lock anyone in. The vetting process exists to make sure this works for both sides before you commit.

Questions We get often:

shape

Our membership spans dozens of industries and evolves with the largest concentrations in health, wellness, brand owners/CPG, digital marketing, agencies, and B2B consulting. You’ll also find founders in e-commerce, SaaS, finance, food and beverage, professional services, and more. What ties everyone together isn’t industry. It’s stage, ambition, and the way they treat people.

Whatever you want it to be. Some members check The Tub daily and attend every event. Others pop in a few times a week and make it to one or two events a year. The membership is designed to fit how you actually operate, not to add another obligation to your calendar. There’s no mandatory attendance, no required participation, no homework.

We recommend frequent participation to make the most of your membership and our team is here to help facilitate that.

Annual memberships run for one year. Monthly memberships are ongoing with the flexibility to cancel. We don’t do multi-year, long-term contracts or auto-renewals without notice. You’ll know exactly what to expect before you commit, and the terms are straightforward.

Events are a big part of the experience, but membership is designed to be valuable year-round even if you can’t attend every one. The Tub, Baby Dates, Hot Tub calls, quarterly check-ins, and the resource library are all available regardless of whether you make it to a Flagship or Adventure. That said, events are where relationships deepen fastest. Most members make at least one or two a year.

The commitment length depends on the specific plan or agreement you choose. Most options are designed to be flexible, with either a short-term commitment or the ability to cancel or renew at set intervals. Any minimum term, renewal details, and cancellation terms are clearly outlined upfront so you know exactly what to expect before committing.

On any given day, you’ll see questions about hiring decisions, vendor recommendations, deal structures, pricing strategy, operational challenges, and the occasional “has anyone dealt with this?” that sparks a thread with dozens of responses. The activity is consistent because the members are genuinely invested in helping each other. It’s not a ghost town with a post every two weeks.

That’s the tip of the iceberg where member DM’s local gatherings, 1:1 convo’s all happen at a much higher frequency.

Yes. Current members can nominate people they think would be a good fit. A member nomination carries weight in the review process because our members understand the culture better than anyone. But nominations aren’t required. You can also apply directly, and every application gets the same thorough review.

You’ll hear from us within two weeks. If your application looks like a potential fit, we’ll schedule a conversation with our team. It’s not a sales call. It’s a genuine discussion about what you’re looking for and whether this community is the right place for you. If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an invitation to join. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.
