Why We Do Events Differently
Most business events optimize for scale. More sponsors, more attendees, more sessions crammed into less time. BBI events optimize for depth. We cap attendance. We choose locations that force people off their phones. We build schedules with enough white space for the conversations that actually matter.
Our Flagship events have taken entrepreneurs to oceanfront resorts in Hilton Head, lakeside retreats in Upstate New York, beachfront hotels in Cabo, mountaintop lodges in Colorado, and vineyards in Napa. These 100-200 person gatherings mix high-quality content sessions with world-class experiences: boat cruises, beach bonfires, live music, wellness offerings, and dinners designed for conversation, not keynotes.
Our Adventures go smaller and deeper. Heli-skiing in British Columbia with 20 entrepreneurs who become lifelong friends. Rafting Idaho’s Salmon River with a digital detox and hot springs. CloudCamp masterminds in the Rocky Mountains where the only agenda is solving each other’s problems. These are members-only because the intimacy requires trust that’s already been built in The Tub.
Every event is designed around a simple question: will this help entrepreneurs build genuine relationships with people who can actually help them? If the answer isn’t a clear yes, we don’t do it. That’s been the formula since 2014, and it’s why members keep coming back year after year. Some have attended 15+ events. Not because they need more content, but because the people have become family.
